On the 28th of August, all road leads to Ago-Town Hall, Ago-Iwoye Ogun
state for the sophomore Edition of the MMFA. The biggest campus show that
brings under one roof lovers of Music infused with Fashion.
The first edition was held at Tai-Solarin University of Education, which
features prestigious runway, 10 Notable Student Fashion Designers, 20
Outstanding Student Models and over 3 capable Make-up Artist.
Recounting on the huge success of the first edition, teeming fans won’t
stop yearning for more.
The train stops at Olabisi Onabanjo University Ogun State for it’s
sophomore edition which promises to be the talk of the town as the event is
currently gathering momentum; the event will host Students, Entrepreneurs,
Fashion Guru, Captains of Industries, and Fun Loving Individuals, all
around the country under one roof, to witness a world class event.
Improving on the feat of the first edition and making it more bigger, 30
Student Models,10 Student Fashion Designers, and 3 Student Makeup Artists
will compete for prizes as the best in their categories.
In the capacity to reward youths with impeccable performance in their
fields, an award session has been infused to celebrate youths who have
distinguished themselves from the crowd by contributing to the growth of
their immediate environment through different innovations.
As part of adding glamour to the event, the organizers have confirmed
celebrities from Nollywood, Fashion, and Music industries.
In attendance will be award winning screen goddess; Mercy Aigbe-Gentry,
Yemi Solade, Most Beautiful Girl in Lagos 2015; Queen Lynette Ndukwe, Face
of Fashion Africa; Miss Glory Thomas to mention a few.
Fast rising new acts in Ola Dips, Zayo, Kolz, Brain would be on the mic
stand to give us mind blowing musical performance showing their dexterity.
The Grand Matron and Mother of the day is Her Excellency, Mrs Olofunsho
Amosun, first lady Ogun State.
The hosts are Tobi Daniels and Ezzy of hipTV.
The event is billed to kick off with a red carpet by 11am, the main event
kicks off 1pm and event closes 6pm. Immediately, after-party kicks off at
MAP Lounge.
While talking to the facilitator of the event ……………….. in an
exclusive chat, He said:
“We have improved on this year’s edition and we are getting better so I
promise this year’s event is going to be mind blowing trust me”
He added that,
“The event is an avenue to bring Lovers of Music, Fashion, Dance, and
comedy under one roof. To create an avenue where students from various
campuses can connect and relate that is our aim and also to reward
outstanding students”.
